Orders shipped outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country.

1.) Saudi Arabia: Customers must provide their National Address (Short Address Code) when placing an order.
2.) Oman: Customers must provide their Oman ID number when placing an order.

• Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
• International shipments may be subject to customs duties, which are not included in the shipping charges. Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• If customs duties or other charges are applicable, the customs authorities or delivery carrier may contact you directly for payment before delivery.
• Delivery timelines are estimated and may be affected by customs clearance procedures, local regulations, or other delays beyond our control.
• The delivery partner will make up to three delivery attempts, subject to their local delivery policy.
• If an international shipment is refused, returned due to unpaid customs duties or charges, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, all applicable return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, and carrier or other related charges will be deducted from the amount paid before any remaining balance is refunded.
