House of Arya – Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with House of Arya! We want you to love every item you receive. Please review our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy below.

Our Quality Assurance

Every House of Arya order is individually inspected, barcode-scanned, and securely packed before dispatch. As part of our commitment to quality and order accuracy, our packing stations are monitored by CCTV and supported by quality control records. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, we'll review your request and our records to provide a fair and prompt resolution.

UAE Customers – Exchanges

Exchange Eligibility

We accept exchange requests within 3 days of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in its original packaging.
  • Be accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Customised or personalised products.
  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Products marked as non-exchangeable on the product page.
  • Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original tags or packaging.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for customers within the UAE.
  • Exchanges are limited to the same product in a different size, subject to stock availability.
  • As many of our products are crafted in limited quantities, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible so we can check availability and reserve your required size where possible.
  • Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected before the exchange is approved.

How to Request an Exchange

Please email shophouseofarya@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Reason for the exchange
  • Photos (if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions. Once your returned item passes our quality inspection, your replacement will be dispatched, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

  • Processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval.
  • Issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Available only for UAE customers for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.
  • If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item is approved.

Refund Policy

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Incorrect size selection.
  • Personal preference.

Refunds will only be provided where required under applicable UAE Consumer Protection Laws, such as when an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect and a suitable replacement is unavailable.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Undeliverable Orders – UAE Customers

  • Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be returned to us.
  • We will contact you before cancelling the order.
  • If you wish to reship the order, a new shipping fee will apply.

International Orders – No Returns

  • Returns and exchanges are not available for international orders.
  • International orders may incur customs duties, which are not included in shipping charges.
  • If applicable, customs authorities or the shipping carrier will contact you directly regarding payment before delivery.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance procedures.
  • Delivery partners will make up to three delivery attempts, subject to their local delivery policy.
  • If an international shipment is refused, returned because of unpaid customs duties, or returned due to an incorrect address, all applicable return shipping, customs fees, duties, taxes, or carrier charges will be deducted from the amount paid before any remaining balance is refunded.

Note: House of Arya reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges that do not meet our policy or are sent without prior approval.
