Thank you for shopping with House of Arya! We want you to love every item you receive. Please review our returns, refunds, and exchanges policy below.
UAE Customers – Returns & Exchanges
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-returnable items:
- Customised or personalised products
- Final sale or clearance items
- Certain specific items (see product description)
Return Process:
- Email us at shophouseofarya@gmail.com
- Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
- Our team will provide further instructions
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval
- Issued to the original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges:
- Available only for UAE customers for the same product in a different size, subject to availability
- If the requested size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the returned item is approved

Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shophouseofarya@gmail.com
- Include photos of the item and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly
Undeliverable Orders
- Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be returned to us
- We will contact you before cancelling the order
- If you wish to reship the order, a new shipping fee will apply
International Orders – No Returns
- Returns are not accepted for international deliveries
- International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees, which are not included in shipping charges
- These charges must be paid directly to customs when the customs officer contacts you
- Delivery times may vary due to customs processing
